Codie Minter, Children's Director

Codie Minter became our children’s department director Sunday, May
1st.  Codie along with her husband Kenton, their three children, Tristen, Avery and Adelyn have attended LFA for a few years now.  We are excited to have Codie join our staff.  She brings with her several years of childcare experience, employed with The Learning Tree in Lancaster.  Her educational background includes a Childcare Development Associate Credential from Morehead State University along with The Kentucky Early Childhood Directors Credential. 

Since joining LFA in 2019, Codie has been involved in leading and helping with the children’s ministry which has helped her grow and learn spiritually.  Minter says, “I have always been passionate about teaching and working with children.  Watching children grow and thrive has become such a fulfilling and rewarding experience.  And watching God work within my own 3 children, I look forward to leading and guiding the children at LFA and in our community to Christ.”
